residence or non-immigrant worker visas such
as professional visas (H-1B), extraordinary alien worker visas (O-1),
Religious visas (R-1), or other visas such as treaty visas (E-1 or E-2),
fiancé (K-1), J-1, L.-1, TN, H-2B, H-3. We also work with students to
negotiate the changing rules involved with obtaining and keeping their
student visas (F-1) valid.
